Arla Foods: Hotel

Start: 2002

Case story: Arla Foods wanted to inspire their client segment "hotels", by serving them with ideas, recipes and good ideas for their everyday work.

 

We produced a book for hotel breakfast buffé and a monthly magazine covering the food process in general and the dairy alternatives in specific.

We produced the monthy magazine from a-z – interviews, text, design, photo and printing.

Visiting Högbo, the hotel where the Swedish Culinary Team were hosted for their training camps.

Swedish taste described with knowledge and recipes by Chef Magnus Lindström.

The book was distributed in Swedish to regular hotels and conference hotels.

Hot and cold drinks, bread, muesli, cold cuts, fruit, sour milk and yogurt, green and sustainable solutions.
